These “about me” pages always seemed a bit conceited to me, so I’ll keep it brief!

I’m going into my final semester at the University of Kentucky. I’m a history and journalism major, but I’ve been known to take a lot of random classes.

 I’m the head coach for a summer swim team with about 100 kids ages 4 to 18. If I’m learning, moving, or trying something new, I’m pretty happy. I try to run, swim or do yoga  every day. I’m an anglophile and a pretty hopeless romantic. I adore my Italian family, and my two sisters are my best friends. Right now the plan is to earn my doctorate to be a history prof and write on the side. Who knows. I’ve always got a bagillion alternative life plans on the back burner of my mind. In the end, I’m always happiest doing whatever God wants.
